My mom and I go regularly and we’ve brought so many friends that can’t wait to go back! If you have not tried cryo, DO IT. Now I cannot live without it! It is such an amazing feeling, you feel like you are flying! Physically, mentally, emotionally, all around amazing for you. You don’t even need to make an appt, they take you any time and accommodate you in any way that you can! I was so nervous when I tried cryo for the first time a couple of months ago, but Todd and Katie eased my worries. These people are so nice and make you feel so welcome and comfortable EVERY SINGLE TIME. Yes cryo is amazing-I sleep better, I feel better, I recover from my workouts better, but most importantly Todd and Katie are amazing! I would literally not cryo anywhere else. Omg I cannot say enough good things about cryotherapy, but most importantly this place.
